What our forms collect

When you send a form, we receive the fields you filled in by email, and a confirmation goes to the email address you entered.

We use them only to answer you, to prepare a quote, and to deliver and invoice your order.

On our servers

Like any website, our hosting logs technical data for each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). These logs are used to run and secure the sites.

To curb abuse, the form script also keeps a pseudonymised fingerprint (HMAC) of the IP address and of the email entered, with the time of sending, never the addresses themselves. It only counts submissions: 5 per IP address in 10 minutes, 3 confirmations per email address in 24 hours. Once that time has passed, the fingerprint is deleted at a later submission, not at a fixed time.

Who receives your data

On your device

Our sites set no cookies and use no tracking, analytics or advertising tools.

Only the cruk.ch form keeps your details (establishment, contact person, phone, email, address) in your browser’s local storage after a successful order, to prefill the next one. They stay on your device: clear the site’s data in your browser to delete them.

Links to Google Maps and Instagram take you to those services, which apply their own rules.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and orders as long as we need to handle them, then as long as the law requires, notably for accounting.

Your rights

Under the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, art. 25 ff.), you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to admin@ugroupe.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
