Everything starts at the Labö, our laboratory in Geneva. Then each brand takes it where it is expected: the bar, the office, the counter.

Our story
Born behind a bar.
Yvan and Ben have been friends since they were 16. Yvan runs sales and the brand, Ben runs production and the lab. Between them: 20 years each in Geneva’s restaurant trade.
The business lunch was our first trade: from 2014, we delivered to Geneva offices. Covid took it all away. On 16 March 2024, four years to the day after lockdown, KLüB was born.
Then a bar owner, swamped by the food side, handed it to us. We make it, the bar serves it. Today everything comes out of the Labö, our lab in Geneva.
